Kaye is a former International Marketing Manager of
Whitireia Polytechnic, having grown into this role from being the Director
of International Marketing for Chilton International. Kaye is a consummate
and experienced international marketer in education. She possesses an
in-depth knowledge of international education marketplace that has been
gathered through extensive traveling in Asia and India over the last
6 years. In addition to having strong networks (globally and NZ) in
Education sector she is also well networked in the tourism sector. Kaye
is a resident of Wellington NZ.

B. Ramaswamy is President & Managing Director of Sonata Software Ltd
(www.sonata-software.com) which is a US$ 300M Software icon1bottom company.
He has built Sonata Software from inception to a publicly listed and
respected global software icon1bottom company. Mr.Ramaswamy is a Post Graduate
from IIM Ahmedabad. BR as he is fondly known is a resident of Bangalore.
Prof.
B. K. Chandrashekar is a M Phil. (Oxford), LL.M. Industrial Law (Leeds),
formerly Professor at IIM, Bangalore. He was the Chairman of the Legislative
Council, Karnataka and also member of the Legislative Council. He was
the Minister for Primary Education & Minister for IT, Karnataka. He
has been in Academics for over 27 years, including 19 years at IIMB.
His areas of interest include Business Law, Consumer Protection and
Intellectual Property Rights. Has made significant contributions in
the areas of Decentralisation and Public Law. He was closely associated
with the formulation of the Karnataka Zilla Parishads and Mandal Panchayats
Act, 1983 and the study on the working of the Panchayat Institutions
in Karnataka.
